As part of the 31st Sarajevo Film Festival, UNIQA organized an exclusive gathering for more than 250 partners and guests from across Europe. Those present had the opportunity to learn about UNIQA Insurance's strategic projects in Southeastern Europe, the programs of the UNIQA SEE FUTURE Foundation, and the broader contribution to the communities in which we operate.
Guests had the chance to attend an inspiring presentation given by Adel Bahtanović, President of the UNIQA SEE Region, and Oliver Lukas Pavić, General Manager of the UNIQA SEE Region.
The special guest was UNIQA brand ambassador, Goran Ivanišević, who, in a conversation with Adel, spoke about the skills needed for success, his rich experience as athlete and coach, and his personal experiences and the most valuable advice he has gained throughout his career.
A special place in the program was reserved for the UNIQA SEE FUTURE Foundation, whose leading projects—the Female Filmmakers Support Programme and the Visual Artist Mentorship Program—were recognized as pioneering examples of systematic support for young female artists. Established in 2024, the Foundation has this year supported five film projects by female authors from the region, as well as an exhibition of works by visual artists at the prestigious Museums Quartier in Vienna in 2026.
As a long-term partner of the Sarajevo Film Festival, UNIQA reaffirms its role as a stable and creative player on the cultural scene.
In a year when UNIQA SEE is celebrating significant growth and increasing social impact, the Sarajevo Film Festival has once again been confirmed as the ideal stage for connecting art, responsible business, and the community.
